Finally found the Registry entry for the nag-screen that demands registration with a maximum of 15 days until the next nag.
Run "regedit"
Search on "Programs\Registration.exe /title="CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12" as a value and delete the entry
It was described in the Registry hierarchy as "CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 11b" which might be another way of finding it.
OR
Goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel Graphics 12\Languages\EN\Programs\registration.exe
then delete
