How To Secure Your Future

AS the New Year rolls in, many people are gripped with anxiety about what the future holds. But this is altogether unnecessary, because the easiest way to secure your future is to leave it in the hand of God. “Therefore, thus saith the Lord God, behold I lay in Zion for a foundation, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation; he that believeth shall not make haste” (Isaiah 28:6).
You build your life and future by accepting and believing the word of God, the word that came from heaven, for only then would all your fears, worries and confusion be banished away. This New Year, you must resolve to live a day at a time, firmly trusting God. You should also confess to God that you believe that as He has promised, something good would happen to you daily.
Jesus Christ is the corner stone on which to build your future. Although He was roundly rejected by the Jewish leaders of old, yet, there is no other name by which you can make peace with God and obtain forgiveness for sins, salvation for your soul. Similarly, you stand no chance of getting healing from sickness, enjoying good health and the numerous provisions of heaven, except through the Name of Jesus Christ. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” (Romans 10:9-11).
You must believe in your heart that Jesus is your Saviour, Protector, Provider; then you confess it with your mouth. That’s how you receive blessings from God. Whatever challenge you may face this New Year, believe in your heart, and confess with your mouth that you have overcome it, and it shall be so for you. That is how to build your future on sure foundation.
When Jesus died on the Cross of Calvary, He broke down the wall of division between you and God, thereby granting you access to the treasure throve of heaven, from where you can receive all the blessings you desire from God. Now, you can get salvation from sin, deliverance from captivity and Satanic oppression, prosperity, joy and happiness in life. If you believe the Lord this New Year, and with the path cleared for you to access God, something good will happen to you.
If you believe, you will see the glory of the Lord. Make this a year of believing in God, so that you can experience miracles and answers to prayers as the days go by. “Jesus said unto him, if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth” (Mark 9:23). If you believe, all that God has promised will be performed in your life. It is as simple as that. So, forget the past because it is incomparable to your future. You must outgrow all your hurtful experiences of the past. Your future will be much brighter than your past. And even you will accomplish unimaginable feats in life.
Some people think that change of date in a new year can change their destiny. But it is only your decision, determination, diligence that can change your destiny. Unfortunately, many plan without God. “And everyone that heareth this saying of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand, and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it” (Matthew 7:26-27). Nothing gets all right in life without obedience to the word of God. That is the key to experiencing pleasant things this New Year. You should build upon the Word of God, so that your future will be assured. Those who obey God will soon discover that there is no promise of God that cannot be fulfilled in their lives.
If you diligently hearken to the word of God and totally obey it this new year, the Lord’s all-round “blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee”. You shall be blessed in this city or town or village, where you live and work; your family and business and career shall be blessed; whether you come in or go out, you shall be blessed; anywhere you go this year; there shall be blessings for you. No enemy shall be able to withstand you; instead they shall flee from you.

The Lord shall bless and establish you an holy person this year.
He shall make you plenteous in goods and health, and bless all the works of your hand.
You shall experience uncommon breakthroughs in life. But this is only if you obey the word of the Lord. Such shall be the blessedness of your future this New Year, because it is built on a spiritual foundation.
